Investigated an airflow issue caused by a frozen evaporator coil. Thawed the coil, replaced the air filter, and verified correct airflow and refrigerant levels. System cooling restored.
On time and went straight to work!
Completed an AC tune-up on a 3-ton unit. Checked refrigerant charge, cleaned condenser and evaporator coils, flushed the drain line, inspected electrical components, and verified thermostat accuracy. Lubricated moving parts and checked system start-up and shutdown cycles. Unit is running efficiently with improved airflow and cooling performance—ready to handle the summer heat with no issues.
