only putting 1 star because i can't put 0! AC went out and they charged us $99 to diagnose it on a thursday then ghosted us on ordering the part to fix it for 9 days! eventually had to find the part myself and find someone else to fix it. terrible customer service! they'll just go around charging people $99 to tell you what's wrong then proceed to ghost you. and the $99 is non-refundable. never call this place for service save your time and money. we were out of AC for 9 days for no reason.

Dylan was very knowledgeable in troubleshooting the problem with my air conditioning unit. He was very friendly and his attitude towards his work was very admirable. I would definitely recommend Smith Air Conditioning and Dylan to anyone having air conditioner problems including my close friends.

Dallas, the technician, arrived on time and began working immediately. He explains what he needs to do to complete the service. He alerts us to parts and/or services that may be needed in the future along with the costs. Upon completing the agreed to work, the invoice is fully explained.

Dylan came to our home for our annual AC maintenance check. We appreciated his friendly, easy-going demeanor and his efficient work in assessing the performance and condition of the handler and condenser. Further, he presented his assessment patiently and thoroughly and made minor changes to the condenser with little trouble. Finally, we also thank Smith Air-conditioning for continuing to provide exemplary service.
