Mr. Deshotel was incredibly helpful and professional. He came out on a Sunday at 7am and then came back with the part at 6pm to make sure we did not have another freezing night. Thanks for everything!

Truly the best worker he had explained everything to us and find problem and didn't not take no time to fix things up and call ahead time to let me know when he was coming so I could call me work and let them know I was going to run a little late overall 10/10

Dallas did a very thorough diagnostic of our central system. He gave a detailed breakdown of everything. The office had the quotes emailed to me before he could even call me to go over it. This was a good experience and the efficiency speaks highly of the company.

I have lived on the outskirts of Opelousas for almost 3 years now. These guys are the only people that are allowed to touch my AC unit. They have been incredibly honest, hardworking, and trustworthy people from day one. One of their contractors, while cleaning my unit, made an honest mistake with wiring. Honestly, it was more to the fault of the unit that I have being an absolute mess than it was the contractor. It ended up damaging something in my unit and the owner of the company came out with the contractor and they made it right. Everyone that has come to my house has been very professional, very nice, and extremely informative. As far as I'm concerned, air conditioning is like magic. I have no idea how it works. These guys are pros at dumbing it down to where I can understand it. I have always, and will continue to always use this company to do any AC repair or related things in my house

Smith Air Conditioning sent Dallas over to help us resolve anoccasional yet recurring coil freeze-up problem with our unit. Fromhis last visit to perform basic AC maintenance on the unit, we knewthat he would be thorough, experienced, and professional, and ofcourse, we were not disappointed.First, he performed a quick heater maintenance check on the unit.Then, after assessing problems with the AC, he added freon and we alsopaid him to perform a leak search which he quickly completed, findingthe leak in the evaporator coil. Thankfully, there was a coilavailable at a price that my folks could afford, and Smith Air will beable to install it within a couple of days. Finally, he worked toensure that our freeze stat begins to function properly, so hopefullythe changes he made are fruitful.We definitely appreciated Dallas’s experience, efficiency,professionalism, and his straightforward manner. We know that we cancount on him to find and solve problems quickly and expertly. My folksand I also appreciate Dallas’s patience with our many questions as wetry to understand the problems with and solutions needed for our unit.Further, we continue to appreciate the discounts given through theannual maintenance plan from Smith Air Conditioning; those discountsreally worked well for us with the repairs we purchased today. Thanksonce again to Smith Air and their technicians for such exemplary,professional service.
